2014 Excursion forms are due!

The school is having an excursion on November 22, 2014. The school will split into three to visit two different sites according to the ages of our children. Consent forms are mandatory. Please note that your child cannot participate in excursion if we do not receive the signed consent form.

The children of Francesca’s, Meghan’s and Magdalena’s classes will enjoy a guided tour at the Immigration Museum. Tamara will assist. Students should be dropped off at 9:30 at the schools and groups entry in Market St just off Flinders Street. We will then enter the museum together via the Museum courtyard. Pick up time is noon at the same place. Students should avoid bringing bags due to limited storage space.

For your child to visit the Immigration Museum, please fill out this form.

All other students will tour the NGV International on St Kilda Road. Please bring your children to the North Foyer’s school groups entrance on the north side of the building, adjacent to the Arts Centre. Meet there between 9:30 and 9:45 for the 10am opening of the museum. Pick up time is noon at the same place. The NGV requests no bags, please.

For your child to visit the Immigration Museum, please fill out this form.

The youngest primary students in Louisa’s, Anna’s, Stephanie’s, Antonia’s, Lisa-Marie’s, Kirsten’s, Brigitte’s and Annelie’s classes will be accompanied by Rita and assistants Saskia and Kieran. They will visit ‘Carsten Holler: Golden Mirror Carousel’, ‘Romance was Born’ and exhibitions in the Great Hall.

For the oldest students, in Angela’s, Jill’s and Joerg’s classes with assistant Karina, there will be a tour of German works of art and/or activities in the German Kit developed by the Goethe Institute. The collection includes artworks by Albrecht Dürer, Johan Zoffany and Gerhard Richter.
